The Digital Knowledge Institute introduces the Executive AI Boardroom Program: An exclusive, three-year journey for C-level executives committed to embedding digital transformation and artificial intelligence at the heart of their organisations. Participation is by invitation only and aimed at a select group of forward-thinking board members from various sectors.
Three years of depth and collaboration around AI themes
This program stands out for its multi-year structure, inviting organisations to participate with two to three board members. Each year focuses on a specific theme: the first year centres on scaling AI value creation, the second year is dedicated to establishing robust AI governance, and the third year emphasizes co-creating and innovating with AI. This approach ensures that knowledge is firmly embedded and accelerates progress within each organization. Over twelve quarterly boardroom sessions, complemented by an online community, participants engage deeply with these themes.
What participants can expect
Participants attend interactive boardroom sessions led by thought leaders, academics, and industry experts, and also gain access to an online community for ongoing knowledge sharing and expert support. Each participant receives a personalised AI Maturity Assessment and a leadership dashboard to track organisational progress, while practical frameworks and action plans help them apply new insights. Peer learning is fostered through the exchange of best practices and use cases, ensuring that new knowledge is immediately applicable within their own organisations.
Partners and experts
The program is shaped in collaboration with Dell Technologies, Nvidia, EY and Cognizant as partners. Their contributions are fully aligned with the session themes and are non-commercial. Peer learning and co-creation are central, enabling participants to jointly develop concrete AI roadmaps and innovation projects.
