Professor Erik Beulen appointed program director at Digital Knowledge Institute

The Digital Knowledge Institute (DKI) has appointed Professor Erik Beulen as its Program Director, reinforcing DKI’s role as a prominent knowledge platform for digital transformation and innovation in the Netherlands.

Professor Dr. Erik Beulen is Professor of Information Management at the University of Manchester. With over three decades of international experience in both business and academia, his expertise centers on digital transformation, data analytics, and platform strategies. He also acts as an external advisor at Bain & Company, where he supports organizations with strategic digital challenges and transformations. He also serves as an independent member of the Data Committee at Royal FloraHolland, where he supports the responsible and effective use of data across growers, buyers, and logistics providers.

In his role as Program Director, Professor Beulen will focus on developing DKI’s program portfolio, expanding its network of CxOs and digital frontrunners, and encouraging knowledge sharing around digital maturity. DKI provides organizations with resources to measure and accelerate digital maturity as well as facilitate access to validated use cases and peer benchmarking.
