Jannie Minnema

Jannie Minnema is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the IT, Telco and Services industry.  Working in a rapidly changing industries in various international roles has given her a diverse view of the industry and the digitization of its customers. Her interest lies in areas where Technology, Education and Innovation meet.

She is currently Head/Tribe Lead of Digital Integrity at Vodafone Ziggo, which is helping drive digitization and change in Technology. Her team works on Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Partner relations, Load Balancing, Security, Transformation and Performance Coaching.

Prior to this she was Head of OSS. The OSS team was responsible for the monitoring (Mobile and Fixed) Data of the networks in the Netherlands. She will tell us more about the changes that took place, based on future views on monitoring Data and a roadmap drawn to get there by the department. She will share with us the background and journey, including ups and downs, of the OSS team, going from “Start-up” to “Scale-up” and eventually toward a more “Business as usual” state in the organization – with Data playing a central role.

Prior to Vodafone Ziggo, Jannie has worked for diverse companies in diverse roles, but all with Data as a common topic, at Farmtrace, an Agri Tech – startup, MS-Services a Public/Private Pension and Investment organization and at Oracle, an Global  Software Vendor.
